The notion of uncertainty has as rich a literature as risk itself and may be given some distinct, rigorous form by probability theory.
We want to examine commitment as it relates to principles of leadership and in linking the two into our definition of risk taking we will find that it is beneficial to follow a path which explores elements of cognition and learning.
